Rules of Conduct

These are general rules for chatting in #Desisex.
These rules are for YOUR BENEFIT, it is entirely YOUR responsibility to read. Your failure to read, know, or adhere to these rules will likely result in disciplinary action, since you will not be aware of the rules, So please pay attention!

General Rules:

(1) This is 18+ ONLY, NSFW channel.

(2) NO underage allowed.

(3) NO pedo, incestuous activities. (nicks, discussion/chats etc)

(4) NO discussion about religious profanity or blasphemy of any form, and it is STRICTLY prohibited.

(5A) NO insults, name-calling, cussing or harassment of any form.

(5B) Please respect females, even if your amazing 6th sense tell you that they are impersonators or posers.
STOP complaining about fake female nicks in channel. If you really think they are fake then bring the real one with you.

(6) NO disrespecting moderators.

(7) NO flooding, repeating, spamming, advertising, inviting, caps lock on or links sharing unless given permission by moderators.

(8) NO Inappropriate Nicknames.
Offensive nicknames or those that may provoke negative imagery are not allowed.

(9) NO posting other people's private information or violating privacy of others.

(10) NO discrimination or hate speech, chat, discussion.

(11) NO denigration is permitted of other people's Religion, Ethnicity, Creed, Nationality, Race, Sexual Orientation, Politics.

(12) NO flaming: saying anything that is hurtful to another individual. This includes the intention to discredit, harm, put down, ostracise, or stirring up others to do similar.

(13) NO causing drama or picking fights with other members.
Keyboard warriors are welcome to leave or they will be permanently banned.

(14) Respect others and treat them how you wish to be treated.

(15) Disrespect and intolerance towards other people is NOT acceptable, and will result in measures being taken against any offenders.

(16) Don't be annoying: Flooding, away messages, repeating yourself, CTCP messages, and bot abuse are not the only ways you can be annoying.
Personal attacks when things don't go as planned, other attention-seeking behaviour, and continued misbehaving after you have been asked to stop is disruptive and obnoxious. Such behaviour may result in a removal from the channel and permanent bans.

(17) Moderators may act at their sole discretion if they feel that the channel environment is being negatively affected by any user.

(18) Users will not question a moderator's decisions directly on main, you can pm them or instead a private message (or memo) to the channel's owner or Channel's managers can be put in place in order to minimize the risk of more issues.

(19) You may disagree with anything or anyone you like, but you may not insult anyone (this means nobody may insult you either).

(20) Permanent Bans will swiftly follow if you continue to act foolishly.

(21) Respect Channel's & Dalnet's rules.

(22) The staff members are not excluded from these said rules.

Please also remember...

If any individual has a problem with any other individual(s), they may contact any of the Channel moderators by private message only, so as not to involve the entire rest of the channel unnecessarily.

Individuals who do NOT respect this rule will be subject to action taken against them.

You may report any objectionable things, and the Channel moderators will, at their sole discretion, take any appropriate action as expediently as possible.

DON'T Ban/Kick for a No reason.
DON'T Ban/Kick for personal reasons.
DON'T argue with/accuse members.
DON'T misuse your power.
Always ban with a valid reason.
